Project Description:

Responsible for studying the large scale of road closure and traffic diversion, approximately 21km carriageway at Tuen Mun will be full closure; numerous traffic diversion will be adopted. Nolan Consultant Limited are commissioned by the Contractor for the preparation of Temporary Traffic Arrangement (TTA) and Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) report.
